The Playoffs are about to reach a new level for the NBA Top Shot community

The stakes are about to go up.

When the NBA Playoffs start in 2 weeks, rising stars will become household names. Legacies will be cemented. And the NBA's best teams will need to win or go home.

There's no better time all year to be an NBA fan. And, for the first time, NBA Top Shot will be leveling up the NBA Playoffs with access and experiences all throughout the postseason for the Top Shot community.

Which also means there's never been a better time to join NBA Top Shot.

NBA Top Shot will be sending fans to every single game of the NBA Playoffs. 

You read that right.

From Game 1 of the first round to the last game of the NBA Finals, NBA fans can win tickets and experience Playoff action in-person, alongside other collectors & fans of their team. 

Whether your favorite team is a title favorite or a dark horse, as long as your squad's is in the Playoffs and you’ve selected that team as your favorite on NBA Top Shot, you will have a chance to score some tickets. 

How Do I Get Eligible?

All you have to do is complete a series from your favorite team. 

‍In other words, by collecting a Moment from every player from your favorite team in the 2021-2022 NBA season, you’ll enter for the chance to win these tickets. 

You can easy to track your progress toward completing a series from your favorite team. Visit this page to see if you’ve reached the goal, or what you are missing in order to have every Moment. 

Last season, we brought fans out to Phoenix for Game 5 of the NBA Finals, where they got to witness one of the greatest Moments from NBA history in person. 

Even better? They got to witness one of the greatest Moments from NBA history alongside two Phoenix Suns legends in the suite.

‍We’re bringing these All-Access experiences back for the playoffs with new offerings coming soon.

More details around these will be provided as the playoffs start up, but should your favorite team advance in the playoffs, having elite placement on your favorite team’s Leaderboard will come in handy for some of the spots on the invite list.

As we mentioned in a Twitter Spaces event in March, we’re actively building out a storefront, for redeemable prizes.

While a fully built out storefront is still a little ways out, we will be giving out NBA League Pass to our international fans who are locked in to watch the playoffs.

We know our international community is vast, so we’re excited to reward these fans. League Pass will be offered only to international fans to start, as the NBA Playoffs will not be on League Pass domestically. By next season, we plan to offer League Pass to fans in North America as well.

When you complete a series from your favorite team, you won’t only make yourself eligible to win playoff tickets -- you’ll also gain access to a private channel in the NBA Top Shot Discord where you can ask NBA legends questions on a weekly basis throughout the NBA Playoffs.

We’ve already had 7-time NBA champion Robert Horry and 3-time NBA champion Bruce Bowen come through.

Later this week, we’ll be joined by three-time 6th Man of the Year Jamal Crawford, who also happens to be the only player in NBA history to score 50+ points with four different franchises.

And to do that, we’ll be putting our money where our mouth is., literally. 

Starting this week, eligible NBA Top Shot fans who’ve completed a series from their favorite team can apply to become Captains for their favorite team’s gated Discord channel.

Captains will be nominated by the community and appointed by NBA Top Shot to represent their sub-community (ex: Mavs fans) with direct support from the NBA Top Shot team.
