Video Game Numbers returns for its second consecutive season, with mint counts of /499, and the first six players to secure their spots in the Set are reigning MVP Joel Embiid, alongside Tyrese Haliburton, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Bam Adebayo, Mikal Bridges, and Challenge Reward Anthony Davis — whose VGN Moment is a celebration of their In-Season Tournament Finals dominance.

What makes VGN special isn’t just the low mint counts, Rare tier, and jaw-dropping performances — every Moment is a “Reel” that showcases more than one play from a single game.

VIDEO GAME NUMBERS PLAYER & TEAM LEADERBOARD DETAILS

This season, we’ve set aside an allotment of Moments for the Leaderboards associated with the teams and players in each Rare and Legendary drop. These draws are weighted based on your Top Shot Score. The more Top Shot Score a collector has, the higher their chance to win. We see you collecting, we see you stacking, so when players and teams you love earn new Moments, we want to give you a chance to enhance your collection.

A total of 20 Video Game Numbers Moments per player (100 total Rare Moments) will be delivered to collectors via Weighted Leaderboard Draws.

Team Leaderboard Weighted Draws

This Drop features new Rare VGN Moments from Joel Embiid, Tyrese Haliburton, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Bam Adebayo, and Mikal Bridges in Packs, so members of the 76ers, Pacers, Thunder, Heat, and Nets Team Leaderboards will be eligible to receive 10 of each Moment.

This Drop also features a new Rookie Debut for Taylor Hendricks, the 9th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, and five of these Moments will be delivered to collectors on the Utah Jazz Team Leaderboard via Weighted Draw.

10 collectors on the Player Leaderboards of Joel Embiid, Tyrese Haliburton, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Bam Adebayo, and Mikal Bridges will receive these new Rare VGN Moments via a Weighted Draw.

VIDEO GAME NUMBERS CHALLENGE REWARDS & EXPERT CHALLENGES

Like all Rare Sets on NBA Top Shot during the ‘23-24 NBA season, collectors can expect to see Challenge Rewards tied to each Pack Drop, along with an Expert Challenge at the end of the year that requires every Moment and Challenge Reward in the Set.

After Tuesday’s Pack Drop concludes, collectors will have the chance to complete the first Video Game Numbers Challenge for an exclusive Rare Anthony Davis Moment capturing his dominating performance in the In-Season Tournament Finals, securing the NBA Cup for his Los Angeles Lakers with 41 points, 20 rebounds, five assists, and four blocks.

Collect and lock all 5 new Video Game Numbers Moments to earn the Reward.

As the season unfolds, you can expect new Video Game Numbers Moments and Challenges — and by collecting every Moment, you’ll be able to earn the Expert Challenge Reward.

By completing the Expert Challenge, you’ll also receive a special prize — beyond the Expert Challenge Reward — which will be revealed in the future.

VIDEO GAME NUMBERS SET REWARDS

The Video Game Numbers Set was introduced to NBA Top Shot in Series 4. For collectors who own and lock a complete Series 4 Video Game Numbers Set before 10 AM ET on Tuesday, December 19, you will receive a Video Game Numbers Set Reward Pack, which is the same Pack that is currently available for pre-sale.

To reiterate, the snapshot to earn this Set Reward will be taken at 10 AM ET on Tuesday, December 19.

Collectors may collect and lock up to two full Series 4 Video Game Numbers Sets and receive up to two Set Reward Packs.

Part of the ‘23-24 Pack Drop experience on NBA Top Shot is giving collectors the opportunity to upgrade their collection with the newest Moments in a Pack Drop by trading in other Moments from their collection.

For the Video Game Numbers Pack Drop, you’ll have a few different options to choose from — and if you don’t rank in a winning position on the Leaderboard when it ends, you’ll keep the Moments you submitted to the Leaderboard.
