  • On Thursday, February 24, 2022, new NBA All-Star Standard (12pm PST) and Elite (10am PST) Packs will drop.

  • These packs will feature new Moment™ NFTs from the Rising Stars (Common), 2022 All-Star Game (Rare) and NBA All-Star Classics (Legendary) sets.

  • 220,000 Standard Packs will be available for $19 each, with 0 Collector Score required to participate, and 42,000 Elite Packs will be available for $49 each, with a 4,000 minimum Collector Score required to participate.

  • Free packs will be delivered via airdrop to certain complete set holders, detailed below.

THE 2022 NBA ALL-STAR GAME COMES TO NBA TOP SHOT 

The 2022 NBA All-Star Game in Cleveland was a thrilling display of the league’s brightest talents, with Team LeBron defeating Team Durant 163-160. Just days after the action came to a close, you’ll be able to find the best Moments from the games as NFTs in brand new packs on NBA Top Shot. 

Each highlight is a Moment™ NFT that we mint (i.e. create) on the blockchain in a limited supply release in packs, like your favorite pack of cards from childhood. 

NBA All-Star Release #3, coming Thursday, February 24, is a star-studded celebration of the league’s past, present and future. What’s inside? 

  • 10 new Rare Moments from the 2022 NBA All-Star Game, featuring Ja Morant’s 360 alley-oop and Giannis Antetokounmpo’s absurd athleticism, all minted to a 2022 Edition Size (i.e. each play will have 2022 unique NFTs tied to it).  
  • 7 new Rising Stars Moments from this year’s class of promising rookies and sophomores, led by Jalen Green, Cole Anthony, and Scottie Barnes, with  #/17,500 Edition Sizes.
  • 5 new NBA All-Star Classics Moments, with one of the most beloved and memorable passes of NBA history in the mix, with a #/50 Edition Size. 
  • 28 new Base Set Moments, ranging from #/4,000 to #/60,000+ Edition Sizes, including a full-court dish from Kyle Lowry and a huge windmill by RJ Barrett. 

The new Rising Stars, 2022 All-Star Game and NBA All-Star Classics Moments released in this drop will each have a Challenge associated with them, meaning you can accumulate select Moments from this drop to earn and unlock highly coveted Moment NFTs that’ll never be available for sale in packs.

This drop will be the final release of Series 3 to include Rising Stars and NBA All-Star Classics Moments. 

AIRDROPS, COLLECTOR SCORE AND PACK DROP SPECIFICS 

The $19 Standard Packs at 12pm PST will have 1 General Queue with zero Collector Score requirement to join the Queue, and anyone can purchase up to 3 packs. 

The $49 Elite Packs at 10am PST will have 1 General Queue with a 4,000+ Collector Score requirement to purchase one pack. 

Members of our community who have built their Collector Score up will be able to purchase more packs per transaction (as detailed below) and everyone can rejoin the Queue after making their first purchase to make an additional purchase, while supplies last. 

This pack drop includes a Collector Score drop bonus of 1 point/$1 spent (uncapped) on Moments currently owned + a 100-point Favorite Team Bonus.‍


Each $19 Standard NBA All-Star Pack contains 4 Moments, 1 of which could be a Series 3 Common, Rising Stars, 2022 All-Star Game Rare or NBA All-Star Classics Legendary Moment. ‍

Standard NBA All-Star Pack Air Drops

Members of the NBA Top Shot community with a complete set of Base Set (Series 1), Base Set (Series 2), Base Set (Series 3), Archive Set (Summer 2021) and/or Vintage Vibes (Summer 2021) will have 1 Standard NBA All-Star Pack gifted to their account for free. 

Members of the NBA Top Shot community with a complete set of Seeing Stars (Series 2) will receive an airdrop of 3 Standard NBA All-Star Packs. 

The snapshot for these airdrops was conducted at 9am PST on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. These packs will be delivered on Thursday, February 24, 2022. 


Each $49 Elite NBA All-Star Pack contains 5 Moments, 1 of which is guaranteed to be either a Series 3 LE Common, Rising Stars, 2022 All-Star Game Rare or NBA All-Star Classics Legendary Moment.

Elite NBA All-Star Pack Air Drops

Members of the NBA Top Shot community with a complete set of Run It Back (Series 1), Run It Back 2005-06 (Summer 2021) and/or Metallic Silver FE (Series 3) will receive an airdrop of 1 Elite NBA All-Star Pack. 

Members of the NBA Top Shot community with a complete set of Rising Stars (Series 2) and/or 2021 All-Star Game (Series 2) will receive an airdrop of 3 Elite NBA All-Star Packs. 

The snapshot for these airdrops was conducted at 9am PST on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. These packs will be delivered on Thursday, February 24, 2022.
