Every season ends with banners, awards and All-Rookie teams, and none of them are decided on opening night. They're earned over months, game by game, by the players who show up every night. This season, the scarcest rewards on NBA Top Shot work the same way.

These Moments aren't sold in packs. They're awarded to the collectors who chase them all year, through season-long leaderboards and trade-ins, and they're some of the hardest Moments to earn in Series 2026-27.

Your collection, working for you all season

Every Moment you add this season is yours to show off, and it moves you up a leaderboard toward rewards you can't pull from a pack. Pick up another Moment of the rookie you believe in and you move up his board. Add another Moment from your favorite team and you move up that team's leaderboard.

That's what makes a full season fun. The race is always on. There's always a collector just ahead of you, and there's always one right on your tail. You're chasing somebody, somebody's chasing you, and when the season ends, the collectors who finish on top have the Moments to prove it.

Last season, the No. 1 collector on each of our partnered rookies' leaderboards earned a 1/1. This season, we're taking that idea and making it bigger, across the whole league. There are more leaderboards, more winners and more ways to earn, covering every rookie who gets a Moment, the All-Rookie class and every team in the NBA.

Season-long leaderboards

Three sets are earned on season-long leaderboards. Each one is decided by a snapshot timed to the moment that reward is about, so wherever you stand when that snapshot is taken is where you finish.

Blue Chip /3

The All-Rookie teams honor the ten rookies who stood out most in their first NBA season. Each of those ten rookies gets a Blue Chip Moment, and it's earned by the top three collectors on his leaderboard.

The snapshot is taken exactly one week after the NBA announces the All-Rookie teams. If you found that rookie early and kept building while the rest of the league caught on, the Blue Chip is your proof that you were there first.

Rookie Yearbook /26

Every yearbook has a page for everyone in the class. This one belongs to the 2026 draft class, so it's fittingly minted to /26. Every rookie who gets a Moment this season gets his own page, and it goes to the top 26 collectors on his leaderboard.

This one is for the believers. It doesn't matter whether he went first overall or deep in the second round. If you're one of the 26 collectors who backed him hardest, his page is yours. Every rookie class has a player who surprises the league, and the collectors who saw it coming deserve something to show for it. For our Signature Rookies, the Yearbook carries his autograph too.

Like Blue Chip, the snapshot is taken one week after the NBA announces the All-Rookie teams.

Squad Goals /10

Squad Goals is an Ultimate for every team in the league, and it's earned by the top 10 collectors on that team's seasonal leaderboard.

This is the set for the fan who's been riding with their team for years. You already know who your team is, so build around them all season. Ten collectors per team finish the season holding their franchise's Squad Goals Ultimate.

A team's season doesn't end in April, so neither does this race. The Squad Goals snapshot is taken on July 1, after the Finals wrap up and the Finals drop has had time to land in collections. If your team makes a run, their playoff and Finals Moments count toward your spot on the board, and that's exactly where you want to be collecting.

Trade-in exclusives

Not every earned Moment comes from a leaderboard. These two sets are earned exclusively through trade-ins.

Constellations /99

Constellations is built for the brightest stars in the league, featuring every 2027 NBA All-Star, and its trade-ins open following All-Star Weekend. The standard /99 is earned by trading in two of that All-Star's own Rare Moments, one from this season and one from a previous season. If you've been riding with a player for years, this is where that history pays off.

The /10 parallel is harder to get. It goes to the winners of a separate, more competitive trade-in auction, where any of that All-Star's Moments can be bid. The collectors who want it most, and who've built the deepest collections of that player, are the ones who come away with it. If the All-Star is a partnered Top Shot Athlete, his /10 carries his autograph.

Signature Style /49

Signature Style is our signed rookie set, built only for Signature Rookies. Every Moment in it is signed, and all 49 of each are available only through trade-in auctions. It's the most direct way to turn a collection into an autograph from the newest names in the league.

The race starts now

The leaderboards begin on October 20 and it's a long season, but the collectors who finish at the top will be the ones who started early. Pick your rookies, build around your team, and start climbing.
