The first rookie 1-of-1 for twenty legends arrives August 26, and it lands on the all-new Top Shot app.

LeBron James · Steph Curry · Tim Duncan · Paul Pierce · Ray Allen · Blake Griffin · and more

Rookie-season Moments with a full parallel stack from /149 down to a 1-of-1.

Every path into this drop starts with the Moments sitting in your collection right now. If you have been collecting Run It Back since 2020, your collection is your ticket. If you have been stacking LeBron or Steph or Durant for years, this is the week it pays off. If you have been holding and wondering whether anyone noticed — we noticed.

This drop was built for you.

THE ALL-NEW TOP SHOT

This is the first NBA drop on the all-new Top Shot mobile app, and Run It Back season starts here.

And this drop lands on a platform that changed underneath you this summer.

Every Moment on Top Shot — the video highlight, the thumbnail, the metadata — is now preserved on IPFS, a decentralized network. Because IPFS addresses a file by its own contents, anyone can pull any Moment through a public gateway or their own node and confirm it has not been altered. No account. No permission from us. Your whole catalog, every Edition ever minted, retroactively and going forward.

No grading company. No authentication fee. No thirty-day turnaround.

That is the standard now. Not "trust us." Check it yourself.

TWENTY ROOKIES. TWENTY FIRSTS.

Nobody in the building knew.

Not on the October night in 1997 when a quiet 21-year-old who had stayed all four years at Wake Forest played his first game in San Antonio. Not in Sacramento in 2003 when a 19-year-old from Akron walked into his first NBA game carrying more expectation than any rookie ever had. Not in 2009 when the seventh pick, the one everybody said was too small and too slight to hold up, played his first game in Oakland for a franchise that had won one playoff series in fifteen years.

The newest Run It Back: Origins produces the first rookie 1-of-1s from LeBron James & Steph Curry ever minted on Top Shot. Twenty total players, every edition numbered, and the 2026 Origins release stands on its own the way the 1986 Fleer Jordan stands on its own.

Run It Back: Origins Standard /149, Blockchain /99, Hardcourt /50, Hexwave /25, Jukebox /10, Galactic /5, Omega /1

Six of these were Rookie of the Year, four went first overall, and five are already enshrined in Springfield with two more walking in the moment they are eligible. Their rookie seasons run from 1981 to 2011 - thirty years of NBA basketball inside a single set.

THE SETS IN THE DROP

Run It Back: For The Win

The Immortals

Standard /149, Blockchain /99, Hardcourt /50, Hexwave /25, Jukebox /10, Galactic /5, Omega /1

Heroes of the Game

Standard /10, Diamond Edition /1

Two Ultimate Moments honoring legends whose influence on the game runs well past any single highlight. One of them is one of the greatest dunkers to ever live. The other is a Top Shot Debut who owns nine championships.

THE ANTHOLOGY

Three new Moments for the three players whose all-time Top Shot leaderboards have been the most fiercely contested on this platform, and the top three collectors on each of those leaderboards receive one.

LeBron James /199 — 2007, and a 22-year-old LeBron scores 48 against Detroit in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals, including the game's final 25 points and 29 of Cleveland's last 30, to win 109-107 in double overtime.

Steph Curry /199 — Game 2 of the 2017 Finals against LeBron's Cavaliers, and Steph puts up 32 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds for the first playoff triple-double of his career. Golden State wins 132-113 and moves to 14-0 in that postseason, the best playoff start any team has ever had.

Kevin Durant /35 — Game 3 of the 2018 Finals in Cleveland, and Durant goes for 43 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists before pulling up from thirty-three feet to break the game open. Golden State wins 110-102, takes a 3-0 lead, and closes the series out two nights later.

The snapshot is Wednesday, August 26 at 12:00 PM ET.

The top three on each leaderboard receive a specific serial rather than a random one:

#1 on the leaderboard receives serial #1
#2 receives the jersey match serial
#3 receives the perfect serial

Nine Moments in total, three per leaderboard, and every one of them goes to a collector who has been building toward this for years.
