International basketball is alive and well. After an awesome first Leaderboard for the Global Games, the top teams have advanced. And as the next round of the global competition takes off, the stakes will only get more intriguing from here. For this Leaderboard, collectors will have to burn Rare and Legendary Moments belonging to players who remain in the tournament, representing their home countries abroad.
Our second Leaderboard launches today, Friday, September 1. For this round, the top 50 collectors on our Burn Leaderboard will receive 3 Packs: 1 S3 Throwdowns, 1 S3 Premium Pack, and 1 S4 Elite Pack (Release 1).
Submitted Moments are temporarily locked for the duration of the Leaderboard. If you finish in the top 50 on the Burn Leaderboard, your Moments will be burned. If you fall outside the top 50, your Moments will NOT be burned and their temporary lock will be lifted.
This round of the Global Games Leaderboards ends on Tuesday, September 5, at 1 PM ET.
After this round, there’ll still be two more rounds of Global Games Leaderboards to play along with. While this and next round’s Global Games Leaderboard will continue to focus on remaining players competing overseas, the final round Leaderboard will require Moments from NBA all-time top 75 players who represented their country in a global game in their careers. We’ll share more details for both rounds before the Leaderboard launches.
